In the warm New York 4 o'clock light new home transforming the piece into aOIL PASTEL ON PAPER From a series inspired by Frank O' Hara poetry. An ongoing project with my artist friend Shannon Milar. I remember taking this photo in 2022 in NYC. I think I first saw a beautiful lady across the street who was smiling and turning toward the direction she was looking to I saw this man. It struck me as very typical of what means being in a big city: you look at someone that you find interesting and they are looking at someone else.
