Marto Pinot Noir 2022 Skin fermented with round notes of whiteThis 2022 vintage of Pinot is the first year that they haven't added a small percentage of Pinot Gris to the blend for green notes, it's 100% Pinot Noir. The result is silky smooth and elegant with a hint of cherry and spice. One third of the grapes were de stemmed while the rest were fermented whole bunch. This wine is also harvested from a single vineyard plot. Pinot Noir 2022 would pair well with potato rosti and smoked trout.
