This unique wine undergoes full maceration, with 85% of the grapes fermented on skins and 15% carbonically fermented, resulting in warm aromatics of fall spices and vibrant flavors of cranberry and cherry. The wine is aged in neutral Burgundy oak barrels for 9 to
