This glaze was applied by hand and pools as a soft pink at the base of the mug

the design was carved by hand using the sgraffito technique revealing the contrasting clay underneath

and the design was carved by hand

Please note: the Mussel Dish (Dark Blue) is not food safe or watertight

The pearlescent glaze shows the speckles in the clay and gives a lovely pearl effect

Orange Citrus Juicer mugs This glaze was applied byThis juicer was thrown on the pottery wheel and the design was created by hand, then fired in the kiln at 2170F. The clay is a warm sandy colored ceramic stoneware with dark speckles, and the limes, oranges and lemons are green, orange and yellow underglazes. The inside is glazed with a glossy coral color, contrasting with the colorful citrus design. H: 2. 5" W: 6. 5" D: 6. 25" This juicer can hold up to 415ml 14oz of liquid.
