Catopsis occulta ANANAS Our plants came originally fromA epiphytic species from Chiapas Mexico. The plants are upright, somewhat tubular with pale green leaves coated with a waxy bloom or powder. The inflorescence is tall,branched and yellow orange. This plant has been grown in cultivation for years under the wrong name. It was thought to be Catopsis berteroniana. When Eric Goudea visited Tropiflora he informed us of the correct name for this species.
