The liqueur wine is similar to the style of Spanish sherry. The distillery bottled it at 51. 0% abv without using any coloring or chill filtration. The malt was dried with Elephant dung and this whiskey was triple distilled. Notes from the Supplier: Nosing: The whisky has smoky notes and nuts on the nose. It smells of fruit and almonds.
