Card has some minor wear and someone used a spade hole punch on the card but it still is in overall good condition

Lure is used and has some wear (note one side) but still overall in good condition

I wasn't able to find much on this Japanese lure but it definitely is unique. Brass hardware and a heavy body. Lure is about 3 1 2" long. Bait is new in box and the box is in great condition.
