Tillandsia chusgonensis VIPP 2-15-21 wire-like roots for holding fastA small rock dwelling species that forms clumping colonies on rocky cliffs overlooking the Rio Chusgon near Huamachuco, Sanchez Carrion, Peru. Similar to Tillandsia tectorum and T. balsasensis, it is a tiny, clumping species with silvery, fuzzy leaves. Forming little cluster with many offsets, they look like little balls of silvery white fuzz less than three inches across. The inflorescence is a scape about as long as the leaves bearing two to three
