With a secure pulley system, simply add Olympic standard plates to the holders on each side to increase resistance. It can hold up to 110kg of weight. This is perfect for lat pull downs, triceps extensions and seated rows. The Pull Down Attachment comes with a lat pull down, a straight bar and additional rear base stabiliser.
