Long, slender oblong copper shapes were cut out and given texture by use of a rolling mill, then I gave them contour and dimension in a hydraulic press. An opening was hand sawed down the center, then holes drilled along one edge. Gorgeous colors with added with a torch, the technique is called a heat patina. Wire was stitched through the holes to give additional dimension and interest
