To create this I have used an expressionist style of painting to reflect the movement and vitality of the fields and flowers
Ghostly dripped roses bring depth to the background whilst gold flashes of paint reflect light and bring the wild garden to life
The painting has been created using bold colours and incorporates texture and gold flecks of iridescent colour
I have tried to include multiple photographs to show this effect
Juxtaposed to this are the delicate butterflies which hover around the flowers like ethereal shadows
Leo blue painting To create this I haveI am king. I lay, I look. The landscape is fractured, broken by light, my eyesight flickers, dazed and sun blindlazy in the heat. A continuation of an experiment using fractured lines, a portrait of a king, Leo, suggesting the fragility of a moment here, then shattered by time. Leo, oil on canvas, 90 x 120 x 1 cm
