Jim Barry, The McRae Wood, Shiraz Year:2010 while the foam is discreetFrom the winery: Vintage 2010 started in early February, slightly earlier than average, with the last of the fruit picked mid April. Invariable warm days and mild evenings throughout vintage were conducive to excellent flavour, colour and berry development. Taste The palate has a core of sweet dark fruits including raspberry, loganberry, plum and cherry. The tannins are fine grained and carefully balanced with vibrant acidity and a satisfying finish.
