This series of jazz pieces are unique alone but more dramatic as a triptych

their agility and strength when they dance

Inspiration for the contrasting red berry sprigs were from my memory of Nandina shrubs with their bursts of red berries after they flower

A Dremel tool was used to carve out the natural lines in a piece of Luan wood. The wood plate started at 5ft x 18 but it wouldnt fit on the printing press.
