Painted Indian House Shrine Mirror From Kutch - 19thC Lighting 33 x 33 x 46This wonderfully carved Indian house shrine would have been set into a wall and used to house the family's favorite deity in a Hindu household. It dates to the later part of the 19th century, circa 1870. The shrine is framed by a classic architectural motif, the Mughal mihrab arch.
