Blue & White Porcelain Wine Jar - Fish Design Tansu 25 x 13 x 20(wThis beautiful Wine Jar is made by hand. Before firing it is decorated with leaves and fish. Vases and jars like these are painstakingly made on the potters wheel in the traditional way in small workshops in Jingdezhen which is still the centre for the best quality porcelain. During the Ming Dynasty this is where the Emperor set up his famous imperial kilns. Porcelain is steeped in centuries of Chinese culture and history. Even though pottery
