Spicy Piment d'Ville so much so that mySpicy Piment dVille is made with the first harvest of our California grown Espelette chiles each season, leaving a chile powder that is significantly spicier than our Classic Piment d'Ville. It's a bit hotter than other Piment d'Espelette on the market but we find the brighter heat a good alternative if you don't want the heat of cayenne, but something more in the middle of the road.
