lemon and a creamy texture that gives way to a long
This is a very impressive wine that really showcases why the Savoie is a region to watch
and a textured finish from those skins
and the immensely talented (and sought after) Storm Wines
and sea salt
Domaine Lajibe, Mansengs, 2024 REVIEW lemon and a creamy textureThis is an aromatic wine telling stories of sweetness but betraying no such thing on the palate. The wine is juicy, with tension, energy and length. On the palate, grapefruit juice and zest, white peach and sour pineapple, while the nose is shouting about fresh fennel, wild herbs, and white flowers. The finish is long and mouthwatering, with lemon pith texture. A heady, riotous nose kept in check by careful structure in the wine.
