Delos takes inspiration from vanished flavours and this one recalls Asyla, the gorgeous 2001 release from the blender. Whisky maker James Saxon has worked his magic recreating the spirit of the expression, using American oak Glen Elgin, Imperial and Miltonduff malts, along with Cameronbridge grain. The result is ethereally beautiful.
