Nose: Bright and fruity with nots of orange peel, fig leaf and mango. This is balanced by a savoury BBQ smoke. Palate: Smokier than the nose. Hints of papaya and lemon come through with treacle bacon and salty green olives. Finish: A slightly medicinal peat smoke
