It may be more of a Quartz specimen than a Cassiterite specimen

A more than worthwhile matrix Ferberite that would make a great addition to any collection

but it’s more than forgivable considering that virtually every Ferberite from Tasna has some kind of imperfection

Copper (leaf-like specimen) wire radiating silvery “balls” of WavelliteA very attractive locality specimen, and a surprise discovery from early 2011. These are the only Copper sheets that I have seen from Corocoro, and according to the locals, there were very few found. Most people are familiar with the Copper pseudomorphs after Aragonite from this locality, but to find non pseudomorphic, native Copper is rather rare in my experience. This aesthetic, branching, "sheet" of Copper is a great display specimen from this
