The image is of two love birds or canaries perching between ferny foliage and flowers is covered in waxy matte glazes

The tile measures 6" square and 1/2" thick and is molded in relief giving the image movement and dimension

Now this panel can be mounted and framed

The early 20th century maker is unknown but is good solid quality work. It measures 5 1 4" square and 3" thick and would look great sitting on a shelf, holding up some books or even out on the patio or garden. These were made to hold up to the elements. It has a few surface chips giving it some character.
