the 1243 contains the ringer and induction coil within the phone thereby eliminating the need for a separate subscriber set or bell box that was common in earlier phones

Cords – The phone has been outfitted with a brand new chrome armored handset cord and a vinyl line cord

It is an anti sidetone subset with coil, condenser and ringer. A 4 conductor subset cord is required to connect this subset to the phone. Measures 5 1 2" x 7 1 4" x 2" deep.
