「ミネルバボックス」は、イタリアのトスカーナ州フィレンツェ県にある老舗タンナー「バダラッシー・カルロ社」により、1000年以上の歴史を誇る「バケッタ製法」と呼ばれる伝統的な製法で生み出された非常に高品質なレザーです。「バケッタ製法」とは、非常に長い時間をかけて皮革にオイルを染み込ませることにより、オイルが抜けにくいのが特徴です。すべての工程において、熟練の職人が手作業で一枚一枚を丹精込めて仕上げた昔ながらの非常に非効率で手間をかけた製法ですが、仕上がりは柔らかくシボの表情は光沢のない自然な風合いを醸し出します。
