Constructed of off white paper stock, the obverse bearing a central facsimile Tiger I topped by a Waffen SS Walloon volunteer wearing a Stahlhelm, in turn overlaying a red Cross of Burgundy, above an inscription of LA BRIGADE DASSAUT SS WALLONIE VOUS PARLE, the reverse unused but demonstrating some marking, measuring 91 mm (w) x 142 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
