Monstera dubia mass market Nepenthes [(lowii x veitchii) xMonstera dubia us known as the shingling plant. In its juvenile stage, the plant produces small leaves that shingle themselves flat to pieces of wood. As the plant mature, it produces large leaves which have fenestrations typical of other species of Monstera.
