In silver gilt with white, green and violet enamels, red glass cabochon on both sides, a 5 7 5 configuration in the Paulownia flowers and larger size versus the Officer's badge designating it as III class, measuring 54. 8 mm (w) x 80. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its Paulownia flowers and integral suspension, both sides with chipping and crazing evident in the white enamels, along with purple enamel loss on the top
