Denis and Jean Etienne Alary now manage 30 hectares, certified organic since 2009. The white La Font d'Estevenas (name slightly changed in 2014 for appellation compliance) is 50% Clairette, 40% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Blanchalf fermented in demi muids, half in stainless steel. Their Syrah parcel, planted in 1959, was reputedly the first Syrah block in the southern Rhne outside
