These flowers are mainly found in woodlands, fields and hedgerows that cover the area, and also some crops like apple blossom, which gives this honey its light golden color and beautiful floral flavor a real taste of the Irish summer. 100% Irish and 100% raw they dont mix it with anything else or any other honey.
