In 18K Gold, a white enamel Maltese Cross with ball finials, segments of laurel and oak leaf wreath in each quadrant, the obverse medallion presents a rampant lion on a black enamel field, surrounded by a red enamel ring inscribed LUNION FAIT LA FORCE, the reverse depicts the royal cypher of Leopold I, also on black enamel, surrounded by a red enamel ring, the cross is surmounted by a royal
