Constructed of silvered zink, horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, with a central raised German national eagle clutching a rifle, flanked by a target overlaid by a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of KREIS SCHIESSEN KUFSTEIN 1942, the reverse maker marked C. POELLATH, SCHROBENHAUSEN, measuring 36. 44 mm (w) x 43. 90 mm (h), weighing 22. 5 grams, with loss of finish
