Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, with a central Geneva Cross, the three and nine oclock arms with dates 1914 1916, the six oclock arm with a Baden coat of arms, the twelve oclock arm with a royal crown, the reverse with a central monogram of Friedrich II, unmarked, measuring 39. 35 mm (w) x 43. 45 mm (h), weighing
