It is fully surrounded by fold down side panels which are scalloped at the front, and which secure in place with two bronzed magnetic metal buttons. Stitched onto the left panel is an insignia consisting of a black wool base bearing a bronze Air Force insignia in the form of a finely detailed Hungarian national eagle topped by the Holy Crown of Hungary,
