Farconnet blends fruit from three parcels on the Hermitage hill: Diognires (alluvial pebbles, spice), Pleat (sand and limestone, finesse), and Greffieux (glacial river stones, structure). Grapes destemmed, fermented in stainless steel, aged up to 18 months in oak with some new wood, bottled unfiltered. Named for the nobleman who gifted the
