The wing is shown as Figure 21 in Duncan Campbells book Aviation Badges and Insignia of the United States Army 1913 1946. This is a museum quality reproduction in sterling silver with the US letters 24k gold plate. The wings are attached to a brass plate and wool felt is properly placed between the wings and the plate and then hand sewn. This reproduction is totally handmade.
