Constructed of gilded brass, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a raised monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse with a clip and loop, unmarked, measuring 46 mm in diameter, demonstrating minor loss of finish, in near extremely fine condition.
