In silver gilt, a white and blue enamel Maltese cross with ball finials, double headed eagles in each quadrant, the obverse medallion bears a Saint wearing red robes, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed vb b b , the reverse medallion bears the date 1883, the cross has a large surmounting crown and is worn on a full length neck ribbon (missing ties), marked on the ring with
