Superb quality, with a super soft hand, this yarn dyed plaid (9" repeat) has a "furry" texture on the face and a more flat texture, shown in the closeup, on the reverse. It is a fairly substantial coating weight, yes has a more lofty, weightless feel to it it's not super heavy or weighty.
