french blue lace harper Customer:B2C Our designer has used aHarper is a glamorous French Chantilly Lace measuring 92 cm (36") wide and here you can see it in a rich blue colour. There are large rose motifs throughout the ground of the lace measuring 23 cm (9. 5") tall and 19 cm (7. 4") wide. Both edges are symmetrical and are gently scalloped. The rose motifs are heavily shaded in places and certain details are highlighted with a delicate cord. This lace has a lightweight feminine handle and will make a
